• e-Arts develop the interactive electronic content of the reading and writing course for the first stage in Oman sultanate. Thus the content of the that course is full of the interactive stories for children's, its full of learning animations, exercises that growing the children's knowledge. It learning them the Arabic alphabetic (writing and reading them).      

Challenges and the way they were overcome 

Challenge 1

 • how to contact the department employees.
• Get the last confirmation for accepting the animations and the used multimedia. 

Overcoming Challenge

• eArts Consulting open built a bridge between its team and the department to interchange the information and them reach the goals.
• Load the modifications to the company site weekly, to be checked by the department and then send there comment for this modifications.
• Following up with department to reach the last picture for the product in the general way, and make sure its out of technical or educational mistakes.
