Client overveiw:

Community colleges are a leading educational establishment in KSA, educating only English and computer courses. It’s for a female students and instructors. Experienced instructors teach thousand of students in 15 branches around the kingdom every semester.

• Provide the colleges with the LCMS.
• Provide the colleges with the ALM.

Services and solutions provided:

•  e-Arts purchase the LCMS to link all the colleges together, and covering all of the students and teachers. This program can manage all students profiles, members of the colleges throughout the kingdom, and give the ability to administrators to control this profiles. This ability can be accessed according to the college administrator validities. Also trough this program students can be accessed to there e-curriculum between them, send there home work and answering there tests. Also instructors can follow there student and record there levels.     
• eArts develop the registration system and integrate with the LCMS to make the college registration system much easier.

• Activate the learning and tracking system between the students and instructors.
• Internet connections and its slowness.

• Courage all the students and instructors to use the ALM, that’s by offering the interactive  curriculum, and link the interactive curriculum with additional learning resources.   
• Conteracting with the biggest internet oferring companies in the kingdom to make the connection fast and easy.
• Set the customer support team, incase of any problem occurred.
